The following utilities and services are provided to our community. 

Electricity
As a resident of the Fairways of Blackhawk, you are free to choose your electricity provider. Visit https://www.powertochoose.org to learn more about providers and their rates.

Trash Collection 
Waste Connections is contracted through the City if Pflugerville and provides each customer with (1) green trash cart and (1) blue recycle cart.  Contact the Utility Billing department at 512-990-6100 or via email at utilitybilling@pflugervilletx.gov for more information.

Water and Waste Water Services 

Water service is provided by Manville Water Supply Company. Please visit https://www.manvillewsc.org/ for more information or to set up services.

Waste Water/ Sewer is a service of the City of Pflugerville. Follow the link below for more information.
